APV Marine Ltd is principally a British designer and manufacturer of Cobra Ribs and Phantom 21 Sportsboats, also selling engines, boating accessories and chandlery.

Privacy Policy
APV Marine Ltd endeavours to deal with customers in such a way that their privacy is not compromised at any time.
APV Marine Ltd will collect details of name, address, contact details and payments details from customers. Payment details such as Credit Card numbers will not be stored, but contact details will remain on our database.
APV Marine Ltd does not share customer information with anyone else.
APV Marine Ltd respects our customer’s wishes, and stored contact details can be removed from our database by e-mailing the request to sales@cobraribs.com
APV Marine Ltd keeps the Customer Database under password protection.
If any details stored are incorrect please e-mail the corrections to sales@cobraribs.com
Delivery Policy
APV Marine Ltd holds some items in stock, whilst others are to order only, e.g. Cobra Branded Clothing.
Stock items will be despatched within 2 working days.
Items that require ordering will be despatched within 2 working days of their receipt at APV Marine Ltd.
Despatch will usually be confirmed by e-mail stating the method of despatch, (i.e. Royal mail or other freight carrier), and giving Consignment References for tracking purposes.
In the absence of e-mail a telephone call will be made to confirm despatch of goods ordered.
Delivery costs vary, and APV Marine will endeavour to ensure that goods are despatched in the most economic manner allowing for adequate security and reasonable delivery times.
Smaller packages would usually be despatched using Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed for Service.
Larger items would usually be sent by Freight Carrier, in which case individual Carriage Prices would be obtained and quoted prior to payment being collected.
Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy
APV Marine Ltd endeavour to make the returns and refund process as simple and stress free for customers as possible, after all we all make mistakes!
However, there are some guidelines to follow:-
Any item that has been despatched to you in error or incorrectly can be returned to us for full refund or exchange within 30 days, with carriage costs being borne by APV Marine Ltd.
Any item that is faulty can be returned to us for exchange within 30 days, with carriage costs being borne by APV Marine Ltd.
Any stock item that is returned for any other reason can be exchanged or returned within 30 days subject to a re-stocking fee (10% of value), with carriage costs being borne by the customer.
Cancellation of an order of stock items prior to despatch will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Any specially ordered item that is returned for any other reason may only be exchanged within 30 days, with carriage costs being borne by the customer.
Cancellation of any specially ordered item prior to despatch will incur a 10% cancellation fee, except where it is too late to cancel the special order, in which case, all costs must be met by the customer.
Any refunds that are due to be made will be re-credited using the same method as payment, and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item.
When returning an item, please e-mail sales@cobraribs.com outlining the reason for return, and whether an exchange or refund is required. If appropriate carriage costs will be reimbursed, (see above).
APV Marine Ltd will reply by e-mail giving details of where and how the item should be returned.
